Parma Chicken
(original recipe)

600 g chicken breasts, cut into pieces
400 g button mushrooms (only the caps, without the stems)
100 g bacon, cut into strips
40 g grated Parmesan cheese
200 ml tomato pure
salt
ground black pepper
olive oil

Fry seasoned chicken on a teflon pan for a short time. Grease casserole dish with olive oil. Place mushrooms on the bottom (holes facing down), chicken and bacon, por tomato puree over and toss Parmesan on top. Bake in a preheated oven on 200°C for 30-35 minutes. Serve with coarsely chopped flat leaf parsley.

  3. Svaki put kad vidim post za ovomjesečne FBI rukavice uhvati me neka tuga. Nažalost nisam stigla sudjelovati jer mi se previše nekih gluposti posložilo. :(
    Ovo jelo izgleda i zvuči jako ukusno. :)
