Smoked Salmon Appetizer

Smoked Salmon Appetizer

This was made as a fast appetizer. That's why I put margarine, which I loathe normally. If anyone decides to give this a try, I suggest replacing margarine with butter or, maybe even some cream cheese.

Smoked Salmon Appetizer

thinly sliced pumpernickel bread
margarine (or a spread of your choice)
thinly sliced smoked salmon fillets

Spread margarine over 4 slices of bread. Put salmon on top of 3, place one on top of another and place the remaining slice on top. Wrap tightly in a cling film and put in the fridge overnight. Put some weight on top of it so it sticks nicely together.
