What's For Lunch, Honey? is one of the first blogs I started to follow. Meeta is an incredible cook, talented photographer and she has taught me a lot. My favorite part on WFLH? is Bolliwood Cooking. I have fell in love with Indian food ever since my first visit to Indian Palace, the only Indian restaurant in Belgrade. WFLH? is the theme blog of this month's FBI Gloves investigation. Now is a perfect opportunity to thank Meeta for her great posting and all the work she's doing on WFLH?.
There was no doubt what shall I prepare. Meeta wrote a guest post on Rasa Malaysia about the famous Chicken Tikka Masala. I followed the instructions literary, except that I substituted chillies that are out of season here with dried hot pepper flakes. The dish is even tastier than I expected. I had some doubts about the cinnamon and cumin in a savory dish, but they blended perfectly and made an explosive fusion of tastes. Meeta, thank you again!
If you would like to participate, here are the rules for the event. You can send your entries by the end of the month.
Note: The first photo in this post is my entry to the CLICK: March 2009 (Wood).
